The tale

contains symbolic, therapeutic messages through the different characters, true archetypes, and emotionally charged situations . In therapy, it is a real tool that captures the attention of the child, arouses his curiosity and provokes reflections, questions resonating with his own history. The tale hides and reveals the part of the truth stated, leads to the heart of the unconscious conflict. And above all, he transforms conflicts and problems into victories: Cinderella becomes a princess, little Thumb finds his way back, and the ugly duckling is accepted into the kingdom of the swans.

The game

It allows him to express his emotions without risk and to "replay" the scenes of his daily life. The child can thus put into perspective the situations with which he is confronted, and develop a better understanding of his inner world and of his family and social environment.

Analytical Orientation Therapy

is interested in repressed or unconscious childhood instinctual conflicts that have an impact on present life through intrapsychic mechanisms. The person follows the fundamental rule of saying everything by associating ideas as they come to mind without sorting, prioritizing or censoring, accompanied by the therapist in non-judgmental listening but intervening to make the person hear what emerges from the edges of his unconscious.  Thus, the person analyzes in depth his history and his past, in order to understand, interpret and relate his childhood experiences to his current suffering.

Humanistic psychotherapy

is interested in the person "here and now" in order to  this in relation to his needs, his emotions, his thoughts, which promotes self-awareness and self-acceptance. This process takes place through an empathetic relationship, based on trust.

Supportive or accompanying psychotherapy

  Psychosomatics

is interested in the person as a whole and in his unity, in the relationship between the body and the psyche . In particular, it promotes awareness of the body and bodily experience, emotional expression and interiorization. Psychosomatic relaxation takes into account the body (the somatic) and the imaginary (the psychic) in their relationship of interactivity and complementarity. It is a particularly interesting tool in the management of stress, anxiety and pain.

CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

is a brief therapy which helps the person to modify an inappropriate behavior from which they are suffering, by combating the inappropriate actions and behaviors and by reinforcing the adapted thoughts and behaviors. The practitioner is here participatory and directive, the work is centered on the symptom and in the present. The person is asked to perform a number of tasks between sessions and to become actively and concretely involved. The main indications are phobias, addictions, OCD,  anxiety disorders.

Psychogenealogy

is the study of the unconscious and unconscious web of family history. The basic principle is that in addition to the genetic inheritance, our parents pass on their family histories to us, which places us as a link in the chain of generations that precede us and will succeed us. We inherit family traumas such as family secrets, violent, early deaths… (This therapeutic approach is particularly indicated in the event of unfulfilled mourning, unsolved trauma, family secrets.)
